I booked an appointment May 27 and my appointment day was for June 9th never got a confirmation of the address when I asked for the address I was told we needed to reschedule or get my deposit back. She also stated that she can do it at a later time today and remind you she texted all this at 2am I responded back an hour later to can we do it a later because this was my only day off and never got a response. At this point I just asked for my deposit back. This is so unprofessional and so inconvenient

Had a hair consultation today with Tenecia, was thoroughly impressed. She took the time to really understand my hair concerns and goals. I described my struggles most especially wanting to cover up the gray hair, what color options I can work with and the process it would have to take.
