I am thoroughly satisfied with my overall experience. From entrance of being greeted and welcomed by Ms Connie her assistant Ms Tina as well as other clients. To the shampoo,perm , treatment, cut, to the style performed. I am beyond satisfied and excited to make an appointment again in the future. It’s been 3 days since my appointment and my hair still looks like I just left the salon.

I scheduled my appointment this morning because I read the reviews and looked through the photos everything looked ligit to me. I was a bit Skeptical about adding my card information to make the actual appointment but against my better judgment I did anyway because it said it was only a $10 hold on your card. I messaged the stylist ask what type of hair to get sent a couple of my photos she responded promptly. But once I arrive to the location I text called and message and no one was there I stayed there waited around for about an hour there was a sign on the door saying we will return at 9 o’clock but again my appointment was at 11:10 and I left there around 12 no one has reached out to me so I’m very disappointment.
