Ring My Barber offers you the possible way of dealing with cancelations and No-show fee policies. Start with selecting More option on the bottom right corner of your phone. Select the Deposits & Cancellations Fees section.
Select the Cancellation/No Show option. You will be directed to a screen where you can either turn this feature on or off. You can also list the time frame cancelation must be made and the fees for no-shows. You can also type in your policies regarding this matter.
There’s another option where you can implement a fine to those clients who show up late to the appointment.

An easy way to add your services from your mobile app is to tap Menu, then select Services, then add or edit services.
For each service you have the option of selecting a category, entering a name, set the duration, and add a price. Prices will be listed under your portfolio page and under your clients’ app in the form of “$15 and up”. Clients will know that the prices depend based on time and the client.

Let’s say one of your services is offered only on Saturdays, then you will choose the availability by selecting that day.
Let’s say you have an appt from 10:00 AM to 12:30 AM. And you can take care of another customer during those hours. You will then need to do what we call Double Booking.
You will book following the same booking process, and choose the time you want to start the second customer, like 11:30 AM. Finish the book. Now you will have them both booked, one from 10 to 12:30 and one from 11:30 AM.
NOTE: Double booking functionality is only available for Barbers, not for customers.
